By using thebrandyard.com (the "Site"), you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.
The Site is owned and operated by Brandyard Inc. ("Brandyard", "we", "us"), a branding and design studio registered in the Philippines.
The Site is here to introduce our studio, show our work, and let you get in touch with us. Our handling of personal data is explained separately in our Privacy Policy.
Our content and your use of it
Everything on the Site — text, illustrations, photography, layouts, the Brandyard name and logo — belongs to Brandyard or is used with permission. It is protected by the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293) and international copyright law.
You're welcome to browse, share links to our pages, and reference our work with credit to Brandyard. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, sell, or republish any content without our written permission.
Client work in our portfolio
The case studies in Our Work are shown with our clients' permission to illustrate what we do. Client names, logos, trademarks, and brand assets belong to their respective owners. Their appearance on the Site doesn't grant you any right to use them, and doesn't imply that those clients endorse anything beyond the work shown.
Using the site responsibly
When using the Site, please don't:

Enquiries and project work
Sending us a message through the Site starts a conversation; it doesn't create a contract. Any project we take on is governed by a separate proposal or agreement signed by both sides, which sets out scope, fees, timelines, and ownership of the work.
Ideas and materials you share in an enquiry stay yours. We'll treat them with care and won't use them for anything other than responding to you. If you need a formal confidentiality agreement before sharing details, just ask.
Links to other sites
The Site links to other websites, such as our Instagram and Facebook pages and our job application form. We don't control those sites and aren't responsible for their content or privacy practices.
Accuracy and availability
We work to keep the Site accurate and up to date, but it is provided "as is" for general information. We don't guarantee it will always be complete, error-free, or available without interruption, and we may change or remove content at any time.
Limitation of liability
To the extent allowed by law, Brandyard isn't liable for any loss or damage arising from your use of the Site, or from relying on its content. Nothing in these terms limits liability that can't be limited under Philippine law.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute will be handled by the courts of Pasig City, Metro Manila.

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest version will always be on this page, and continuing to use the Site means you accept it.
